Background & Approach
Before entering private practice, Nikole served as a Mental Health Intern and Care Coordinator at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando. In this role, she conducted psychosocial assessments, provided crisis intervention and emotional support to patients and families, and assisted with discharge planning and community resource referrals.
Her experience in hospital-based settings has strengthened her ability to work with individuals and families during vulnerable and high-stress moments.
Nikole also previously worked as a Lead Elementary Teacher, where she developed lesson plans for grades 1–3, implemented behavioral intervention strategies, and closely observed social-emotional development in children. This background gives her unique insight into working with young clients and families.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Research Assistant in the University of Central Florida’s Department of Psychology, supporting lab organization and research initiatives.

Note about insurance: Constantly Healthy Counseling & Coaching is a self-pay counseling practice. We believe you should dictate your treatment, not your insurance. By not taking insurance, we are empowering our clients, allowing them to choose who they see, how often they see them, and what type of therapy they’ll receive. Our rates are based on the services you receive and will be discussed during your initial consultation. Payment is due at the time of the session.
