Samyra provides individual, couples, and family counseling in Winter Park, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. As a military veteran with more than two decades of experience in mental health care, she brings a calm presence and a compassionate, practical approach to helping clients move forward.

Samyra draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method for couples level 3 training, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs, helping them understand emotional patterns, develop coping skills, and strengthen communication.

In couples counseling, Samyra uses her Gottman training to help partners address recurring conflict, emotional distance, and trust concerns. She supports couples navigating infidelity and affair recovery, offering space to process betrayal, establish boundaries, and explore what healing means for their relationship. Her family therapy work focuses on improving communication and understanding within the family.

Her experience as a Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Director further informs her thoughtful, collaborative approach. Samyra creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected while working toward their personal and relationship goals.
