Senai holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling and has experience providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention across diverse populations. She has worked in outpatient MAT settings, recovery centers, correctional environments, and hospital systems, supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders, substance use challenges, trauma histories, and crisis needs.
Her clinical work includes conducting biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic intakes, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with DSM-5 criteria. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
