Meet Rachel Bradley
Master-level Student Counselor
Rachel is a compassionate Master-level Student Counselor with a passion for helping individuals on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. Rachel is a proud graduate of Penn State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health with a minor in psychology. Her undergraduate studies provided her with a solid foundation in understanding the intricate connection between physical health and psychological well-being.
Background & Approach
Currently, Rachel is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Veterans and military counseling. Her commitment to this niche area stems from her deep respect, appreciation, and familial connections for those who have served their country.
Rachel is part of a military family and last resided in Arlington, Virginia. Outside of her mental health career, she cherishes quality time spent with her loved ones, playing tennis, practicing yoga, engaging in meditation, participating in social justice activism, and indulging her curiosity through travel.

Rachel believes in the power of a collaborative, holistic, and client-centered approach to therapy. She tailors her methods to your unique needs, drawing from modalities such as Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), The Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide you with a personalized and effective therapeutic experience. Rachel has experience assisting diverse client groups, including the LGBTQ+ community, adults with autism, children, adolescents, and individuals from multicultural backgrounds. Additionally, Rachel has received specialized training in emotional regulation and parent coaching techniques to better support her clients.
Meet Ceeara Carlos
Master-level Student Counselor
Ceeara or CeeCee is a Master-level Student Counselor with a passion for helping children, young adults, families, couples, and BIPOC individuals. Born in New York and raised in Central Florida, Ceeara brings a diverse perspective to her counseling practice.
Background & Approach
With a background in customer service and research, Ceeara has honed her interpersonal skills and developed a deep understanding of human behavior. She has also worked as a registered behavior technician (RBT), specializing in working with children on the autism spectrum and with ADHD. This experience has given her valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by these individuals and their families.
Ceeara’s specializations include children, young adults, family dynamics, couples therapy, and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She is trained in applied behavior analysis, Gottman Level 2, play therapy, art therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). These therapeutic approaches allow her to tailor her counseling sessions to meet the specific needs of her clients.
Specialties
In addition to her practical experience, Ceeara holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida, which she completed in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, with an expected completion date in August 2024.
Outside of her counseling practice, Ceeara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and indulging in her favorite pastimes, such as binge-watching TV shows and movies. She is an avid reader of fiction books and has a keen interest in skincare and organizing. You can often find her exploring the aisles of Target, searching for the latest organizational tools, skincare items, cozy essentials.
Ceeara’s warm and empathetic approach, combined with her diverse experiences and specialized training, make her a valuable resource for individuals seeking support and guidance in their mental health journey.
Meet Bre Szabo
Master-level Student Counselor
Bre is a dedicated Master’s level student counselor with a wealth of experience in the mental health field spanning seven years. Bre has held roles as a crisis hotline supervisor and victim advocate and has honed skills in providing support during critical moments.
Background & Approach
My professional focus revolves around trauma and suicidal ideation. Moreover, extending services as an LGBTQIA/polyamory-affirming student counselor, creating a welcoming space for clients seeking support in these areas.
Holding the title of a Certified Crisis Specialist with The American Association of Suicidology, Bre ensures a high level of expertise in managing crisis situations.
Bre has earned a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy, along with a minor in Sexuality Studies. Currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, Bre is set to graduate in May 2024.
Specialties
Bre’s extensive training encompasses Gottman Level 2, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), suicidal ideation, self-harm, complex trauma, and working with parents of gender diverse youth.
Bre finds joy in listening to music, attending concerts, diving into a good book, relishing beach days, and Bre enjoys spending quality time with their partner and their Maine Coon kitty.
