Outside of counseling, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading fantasy books!
Background & Approach
Ashley began her journey in the mental health field after pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a minor in human services. She then became a registered behavioral technician, fostering growth for children with autism. Her goal is to support clients in developing resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, enabling them to navigate life’s challenges confidently. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure that her therapeutic approach remains effective, ethical, and aligned with the latest advancements in the field. Through empathy, active listening, and a commitment to client-centered care, Ashley endeavors to empower individuals to achieve their personal and psychological goals, fostering lasting positive change and a greater sense of well-being.
